Right of withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued to your original payment method and include the standard delivery cost of your order. We do not refund premium or express delivery upgrades.
Return shipping Buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning their item(s).
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items made to your specification
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
