For items in the 'Live Show Merch' category, these items are a pre-order, and will ship in late September.
We wanted to create some really high quality merch to commemorate the channel, and this requires us to order large quantities at one time, so we only want to order what we need!

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! Your usual rights apply, but we do ask that if you want to make a change to your order, it happens before September 1st, after that point we may only be able to offer refunds rather than amendments!
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Any items from the Live Show collection will be dispatched around late September.
Orders from our Old Merch collection will go straight into production and should arrive quickly! Live Show merch orders will be shipped by Royal Mail, with tracking and we deliver to most of the world.
Expected time frames:
Website will close on 8th of September, and items will go into production.
At most this will take three weeks, orders will then begin shipping, items will be dispatched as soon as possible but it's just one of us packing everything!
Postage costs are based on the weight of the package, we've tried to make shipping as fair as possible to our international customers.
